Douglas Patten

Greetings all! My name is Douglas and I’m an American, born and bred. I have 18 years of experience in business and government and I hold a degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. Currently I am learning Russian.

I’m a firm believer that learning should be fun because we retain more information that way. I’m also an avid student of anything interesting, a voracious reader, and a published author. I love tasty food, a good story, playing music, and laughing.

As a native English speaker I will be able to assist you with every day conversational English, business English, and pronunciation. I have a wide berth of knowledge, so you can ask me most anything; if I don’t know the answer then we’ll find it together. Hit me up and we’ll have some fun!
